Description
The project covers maintenance repairs to the South Bowl, East and West Upper Concourses, and Gate 1 Ramp at Kroger Field. Work includes repairing deterioration in precast seating units and cast-in-place concrete concourses, installing surface waterproofing systems, repairing steel connections in the stadium framing, and coating steel framing and concrete masonry or concrete walls. The scope also includes removing and reinstalling stadium seats and other work to extend the structure’s serviceability.
