Description
EmployIndy, acting as the local Workforce Development Board for Marion County, Indiana, seeks one or more qualified providers to serve eligible out-of-school youth ages 16–24 under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The selected provider will coordinate with YES Indy providers and other partners to conduct outreach, determine and document eligibility, enroll participants, complete objective assessments, develop and update Individual Service Strategies, provide case management and career coaching, maintain records in Indiana Career Connect, coordinate access to all 14 WIOA Youth Program Elements, and provide required follow-up services. The program is intended to support education, training, credential attainment, employment, and long-term economic mobility for youth facing barriers to employment. The anticipated maximum award is $375,000 for an initial 18-month term from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with an option to extend for at least one additional year through June 30, 2029. Proposals must use EmployIndy's required fillable PDF templates and include a cover sheet, proposal narrative, budget and budget narrative, WIOA Service Elements Delivery Plan, projected performance outcomes, and applicable organizational attachments such as an organizational chart, most recent audit, and letters of commitment or memoranda of understanding.
