Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, on behalf of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration’s Division of Disability, Aging, and Rehabilitative Services, Bureau of Better Aging, is soliciting proposals for modernization, implementation, operations, and transition-to-agency services for the Medicaid Administrative Claiming process supporting the No Wrong Door program. The requested solution must address applicable statewide information technology policies, procedures, standards, security requirements, and assistive-technology standards. Proposals must include an executive summary, business proposal, technical proposal, cost proposal, attestation form, infrastructure overview, AI technical proposal responses, and required supporting materials. The solicitation contemplates a two-year contract with two one-year extensions, and evaluation includes management and technical quality, cost, Buy Indiana participation, and Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business subcontractor participation.
