Description

Indianapolis Public Schools is soliciting competitive proposals for Category 2 network equipment and related services across district locations, including Innovation Network Schools. The scope includes approximately 5 routers, 250 switches, 540 wireless access points, 1 wireless controller, 2 firewalls, and approximately 450 antennas, connectors, and related components, together with associated software, licenses, cables, modules, transceivers, cords, antennas, and mounting hardware. The solicitation also includes basic maintenance for the routers, switches, wireless access points, wireless controllers, firewalls, antennas, connectors, and related components, as well as managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Proposals must identify quantities, manufacturers, part numbers, descriptions, unit prices, and extended prices; separate eligible and ineligible costs; comply with applicable E-Rate requirements; and exclude equipment from companies designated as national security risks under FCC Order 19-121. Multi-year contracts with or without voluntary extensions will be considered.
