Description
MSD of Warren Township is soliciting proposals from qualified Adidas-authorized team dealers to establish a comprehensive, districtwide partnership for athletic apparel, uniforms, footwear, equipment, spirit wear, accessories, and related products and services. The selected dealer will support the district’s transition from direct Adidas purchasing to dealer-supported purchasing no later than July 1, 2027, while providing access to other manufacturers and supporting schools, athletics, extracurricular programs, performing arts, staff, and other authorized users. The scope includes account management, quoting, ordering, fulfillment, online stores and purchasing technology, decoration and customization services, returns and issue resolution, transition and implementation support, and value-added programs such as rebates, credits, incentives, sponsorships, fundraising, and promotional support. Proposers must demonstrate relevant K-12 experience, provide three current K-12 customer references, document Adidas authorization or an acceptable alternative arrangement, and submit a technical proposal and pricing proposal. The technical proposal is limited to 15 pages, excluding specified materials. The district estimates annual Adidas purchases of approximately $200,000, potentially increasing to $300,000 or more, but does not guarantee any purchase volume. The resulting agreement is intended to have a three-year term.
