Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, is soliciting Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for Indiana public library consortium members. The requested services include symmetrical, scalable bandwidth from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput to each library location, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-usage speed reductions. Installation and initial configuration are required, and bandwidth may increase during the contract term. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals to one or more providers, contingent on E-Rate funding. Proposals must include the Executive Summary, Cost Proposal, Business Proposal, Technical Proposal with supporting documents, Attestation Form with supporting documents, Infrastructure Overview, and AI Technical Proposal Questions. Respondents must also submit Reference Check Forms and comply with the stated security, data protection, service availability, and other contractual requirements.
