Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for public library consortium members throughout Indiana. The requested services include symmetrical, scalable bandwidth from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput at each library location and laddered pricing. Services may include installation and initial configuration, and bandwidth may increase during the contract term. Monthly data caps and bandwidth or speed reductions based on metered usage are prohibited. The State intends to award one or more four-year contracts with no renewals, beginning July 1, 2027, contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. Mandatory response components include an executive summary, cost, business, and technical proposals; an attestation form; infrastructure overview; AI technical proposal questions; and reference check forms. Respondents must be registered bidders with the Indiana Department of Administration and submit through the Supplier Portal.
