Description
The Indiana Department of Administration, acting on behalf of the Indiana State Library Consortium, seeks Internet access, WAN connectivity, and standalone data transmission services for public library consortium members. Requested symmetrical bandwidth is scalable from approximately 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet access and up to 2 Gbps for WAN connectivity, with guaranteed throughput to each library location, laddered pricing, and no monthly data caps or metered-use speed reductions. Bandwidth may increase during the contract term, and performance is contingent on receiving E-Rate funding. The State intends to award a four-year contract with no renewals to one or more providers. Proposals must include the required executive summary, cost, business, technical, attestation, infrastructure, and artificial-intelligence technical proposal materials, along with supporting documents and reference checks. The Business Proposal requires company structure and financial information, relevant experience, three similar-client references, subcontractor information, security and continuity information, and acceptance or proposed redlines to contract terms.
