The City of Little Rock is seeking a contractor to demolish a condemned commercial structure and remove all resulting debris. The project is priced by square foot and is currently accepting bids. A bid opening will be held through Microsoft Teams on September 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and reviewing all bid documents and complying with the submission instructions and requirements.
