Description
Pulaski County is requesting competitive sealed bids for printing and mailing delinquent tax statements for the Pulaski County Treasurer's Office. The contractor must process the file through National Change of Address, update addresses, provide a file identifying address changes, produce one-page statements and printed #9 return envelopes, and mail all statements. The work also requires banking scan lines, OCR/lockbox specifications, and the ability to produce the required scan lines; this capability is non-negotiable. The solicitation also requires complete descriptive literature with the bid. Responses must be submitted through the designated electronic application; submissions by telephone, fax, mail, or other means will be rejected. The contract remains subject to appropriation, and delivery or earliest possible completion date may affect award.
