Description
Central Arkansas Water is seeking annual statements of qualifications from qualified law firms to provide general legal counsel services to the utility. The scope may include municipal law, water law, employment law, litigation, bond and public financing, and other legal matters arising during utility operations. Respondents should describe the firm's background and relevant experience, confirm compliance with the solicitation requirements, explain the issues and legal topics the firm can support, provide resumes and contact information for key attorneys including a proposed primary contact, and disclose malpractice insurance limits. Statements should also disclose relevant financial or influential interests involving Central Arkansas Water employees or commissioners and include the required Arkansas boycott certifications.
