Description
The United States Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for comprehensive, turnkey managed bulk Wi-Fi service for permanent-party dormitories. The contractor must provide dedicated internet connectivity and reliable wireless coverage in resident rooms and common areas, with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload per connected device. The scope includes network architecture, cable or fiber installation, contractor-furnished equipment, ISP coordination, captive-portal authentication, content filtering, firewall and network security, monitoring, lifecycle management, maintenance, upgrades, and 24/7 customer and technical support. The contractor must also provide live chat, email, telephone support, outage response, reporting, and service-level provisions. Amendment 0001 updates the Performance Work Statement and bid schedule, replaces Building 772 with Building 723 common-area service, incorporates updated questions and answers, and extends the offer deadline. The base period covers 12 months, followed by four 12-month option periods and a potential six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. Installation and service will be phased across designated dormitory buildings as renovations are completed. The quotation must include completed pricing for CLINs 0001–5018 and all options, required provisions and clauses, past-performance documentation, a technical quote addressing the specified technical topics, and the completed SF 1449. The technical capability statement is limited to 15 pages. An active SAM registration and CMMC Level 1 status are required before award.
