Description
Wagner General Contractors, Inc. is soliciting sealed bids from contractors for construction of the Egypt Community Center, identified as RMTC Motor Pool 17505 Lot 4. The project is accepting bids, with pricing calculated by square footage. Plans and specifications are available for purchase in hard copy or for free download through the online plan room. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 9, 2026, at Camp Joseph T. Robinson. Bids must be mailed or delivered in sealed form to the Division of Building Authority in Little Rock by September 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Late bids will not be considered and bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
