Description
Tarrant County is selling refrigerants used in a chiller that is no longer utilized by the County. This is a one-time sale of specified refrigerants, offered as-is. The successful bidder is responsible for lawful purchase, receipt, handling, storage, transportation, and removal, including compliance with applicable federal and state requirements such as EPA Section 608.
