Description
The Town of Eagle is soliciting proposals for Phase 1 implementation of its adopted Wayfinding Study & Implementation Plan. The selected contractor will provide project coordination, field verification, design refinement, shop drawings, fabrication, delivery, installation, quality control, and closeout services for three sign packages: vehicular directional signs, e-bike regulatory and educational signs, and open-space trail hub signs. The bid schedule includes fabrication and installation of approximately 51 signs, including 11 vehicular directional sign blade retrofits, 2 new vehicular directional signs, 35 e-bike signs, and 3 open-space trail hub signs, subject to Town-approved quantities, funding, and scope. Work also includes foundations, permits, utility coordination, traffic control, site restoration, warranties, maintenance information, and as-built documentation. Proposals must include separate pricing and schedules for the sign packages and address the required project approach, schedule, relevant experience, team qualifications, and cost proposal.
