Description
Tooele County is soliciting a design-build contractor for a complete exterior signage system at The Peak Sports & Entertainment Complex. The scope includes professional design, project management, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, hoisting, excavation, electrical work, permits, inspections, testing, site restoration, warranties, and incidental work necessary to deliver the signage system described in the solicitation attachments. The procurement is expected to result in a single contract awarded to the responsive and responsible vendor receiving the highest evaluation score. The contract period runs from execution through completion and acceptance, and pricing must be guaranteed for 60 days.
