Description
Parkland County is procuring a complete wayfinding signage system for the Hamlet of Wabamun to direct patrons to local recreational facilities, services, and businesses. The scope includes design refinement, engineering and regulatory coordination, fabrication, delivery, site preparation, installation, project management, quality control, and closeout documentation. The anticipated work includes approximately 12 signs across community-map, gateway/naming, directional, and call-to-action categories, plus up to three branded triangular shade sails at Waterfront Park. The contractor must provide all required labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, utility locates, foundations, anchoring, mounting, restoration, and related professional services. The estimated contract period is five months, with a proposed start date of October 16, 2026, and completion expected by March 31, 2027. Pricing must be submitted in Canadian funds, excluding GST, using the provided pricing form.
