Description
The City of Blue Ash is soliciting bids for a unit-price project to remove existing signage and surface damage, fabricate and install new interior and exterior wayfinding signage at the City Administration Building, and remove and replace exterior corporation limit signs at multiple locations. The scope includes field verification, shop drawings, structural design and engineering where required, material and finish samples, fabrication, installation, site restoration, permits and approvals, ADA-compliant signage elements, and a 10-year warranty from substantial completion. The project uses specified basis-of-design materials, although approved equals may be proposed. Bidders must submit unit prices for all proposal items through BidExpress, along with the required bid forms, bid guaranty, subcontractor information if applicable, certificate as to interest, substitution list, and prevailing-wage affidavit. The estimated project cost is $185,000. The work is intended to be installed and operational no later than April 30, 2027, subject to permitted extensions for long-lead materials or weather. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site investigation opportunity are provided.
