Description
Kearns Improvement District is seeking Statements of Qualifications from a qualified service provider to deliver reliable, secure, proactive, and responsive managed information technology and cybersecurity services. The scope includes service desk and user support; endpoint, server, network, and asset management; managed cybersecurity operations; backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity; water-utility OT/SCADA cybersecurity coordination; incident response and cyber-insurance support; and vCIO, governance, budgeting, and reporting services. Providers must identify included and optional services, exclusions, third-party dependencies, licensing assumptions, and subcontracted work. The anticipated contract has an initial three-year term with two additional one-year extension options, subject to negotiation, funding, performance, and Board approval; no minimum quantity of work or expenditure is guaranteed. Submissions must address the provider's qualifications, relevant experience and references, technical and cybersecurity capabilities, service delivery, transition and exit approach, key personnel and certifications, fees, and required statements.
