Description
The Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency (SLC CRA) has released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for its FY2026-2027 Housing Development Loan Program. The program provides $3 million in low-cost gap financing loans to support the development of affordable housing within Salt Lake City. Applications will be accepted electronically as detailed in the FY2026-2027 Housing Development Loan Program Guidelines and Application Handbook, which is available for download. The program aims to facilitate the creation of affordable housing units through financial assistance to developers.
