The U.S. Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for one exact-brand Valent ERU-1 energy recovery unit, model VXC-112PL-7B-1-A3, to replace an existing in-place unit. The solicitation identifies CLIN 0001 for one each, with delivery required within 90 calendar days after award, FOB destination. Offerors must submit pricing on the SF 1449, complete the required solicitation blocks and representations, provide a technical description and applicable product literature, state warranty terms and discount terms, identify the company and representative, and provide a valid SAM.gov CAGE Code. Award will be based on approximately equal consideration of price and technical acceptability; the acquisition is unrestricted and has no set-aside.
