Description
Fulton County Schools is soliciting bids for a construction project to upgrade terrace seating at the Chattahoochee High School baseball field. The scope includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, demolition, site work, concrete work, reinforcing, pipe and tube railings, exterior painting, drainage, erosion control, and related construction required by the plans and specifications. The base bid includes a $50,000 allowance for unforeseen site or soil conditions, and bidders must provide a five-percent bid security. The successful contractor must achieve substantial completion by July 30, 2027, with an alternate price for completing the project by January 31, 2027. Payment and performance bonds, insurance, licensing, immigration and security documentation, responsibility information, and subcontracting information are required as specified in the solicitation documents.
