Description
The City of Carrollton is seeking a contractor to raise and rehabilitate existing concrete through pavement pressure grouting, with the bid schedule identifying approximately 150,000 square feet of work. Construction must comply with North Central Texas Council of Governments Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, the City of Carrollton's General Design Standards, applicable Texas prevailing-wage requirements, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other applicable laws. Bidders must have performed similar work within the past three years and are expected to inspect the work site and account for local conditions. The solicitation accepts in-person, mailed, or electronic bids and requires documents to identify BID #27-004. No bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds and insurance are required of the awarded contractor, rather than at bid submission.
