Description
Gwinnett County Public Schools is soliciting a catalog-discount bid for industrial engineering supplies, with commodity classifications including hand tools and power tools. This is a demand-use contract; estimated quantities are for bidding purposes only, and the district may order items as needed. Awards may be made by line item, group, or in combination, including to multiple suppliers, with the district reserving the right to purchase equivalent goods that meet or exceed the required specifications. The initial contract term runs from January 1, 2027, or upon award, through December 31, 2027, with up to four additional one-year renewal periods. Prices should include freight and delivery, and goods must be delivered inside the designated GCPS location. Responses must be submitted electronically through Euna Procurement, and the required questionnaire must be completed using the provided Excel response template. A Lobbying Certification is also required.
