Description
The City of St. Joseph is adding qualified firms to its existing price agreements for concrete materials. The solicitation covers plant and delivered 2,000 PSI and 4,000 PSI grout, 50 PSI flowable fill, 4,000 PSI granite-mix concrete, standard 4,000 PSI concrete, high-early-strength concrete with four-, 12-, 24-, and 72-hour curing options, dyed concrete, and related charges for standing time, short loads, additional cement, heating, accelerators, calcium chloride, and conveyor service. Vendors must provide specifications and test results for applicable materials, material certifications, aggregate confirmations, and laboratory test reports. Concrete must meet the stated mix, cement, aggregate, water-cement ratio, additive, slump, air-entrainment, fiber-reinforcement, dye, and curing requirements. Deliveries may be made anywhere within St. Joseph's corporate limits, and the price agreement expires April 1, 2027. New vendors must submit a completed W-9; existing City price-agreement holders do not need to resubmit.
