Description
The Town of Ocean City is seeking a qualified vendor to perform concrete repairs and sealing at Ocean Bowl Skate Park. The scope includes power washing and applying Lift and Seal SC; repairing micro-cracking with cement slurry; repairing concrete pop-outs and delaminated areas in accordance with ACI RAP-6 using SikaQuick VOH as needed; and routing and filling cracks at least one-quarter inch wide with epoxy resin or polyurethane elastomeric sealant. Specified products may include Set22 by Simpson, Sikadur Crack Fix, and Sikadur SL1. Pricing must include shipping, delivery, installation, materials, and labor. The work will be performed under a Town purchase order, with award intended for the lowest responsive and responsible vendor meeting the specifications. Vendors must submit five references for similar services completed within the last three years and complete the required quote form, including unit pricing, total pricing, a delivery/installation guarantee response, and an authorized signature. The quote form must be valid for at least 30 days.
