Description
The City of Tampa is soliciting sealed bids for Continental belts, sprockets, and bushings, along with Martin bushings, in specified quantities for use by various departments. The listed items include multiple belt, sprocket, and bushing sizes and models. Pricing must be submitted electronically through the procurement portal, and the City may award by division, aggregate total, in whole or in part, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The award is for furnishing items on an as-needed, when-needed basis for one year from the effective award date, with mutual renewal options for two additional one-year periods and up to three unilateral 30-day extensions. Materials must be original factory-fresh packaging, currently in production, and delivered within five working days after receipt of order. The bidder must submit required vendor information, statutory and compliance responses, DMI-10 and DMI-20 subcontracting forms, and a bidder affidavit; DMI-40 is required after notice of intent to award if subcontractors will be used. The vendor must perform at least 51 percent of the work unless the City approves greater subcontracting.
