Description
The City seeks a provider of nonalcoholic beverages, related equipment, delivery, and ongoing service for citywide facilities and activities, including parks, aquatic and golf facilities, sports complex concession stands, and vending machines. Proposals should describe the company, delivery and inventory plans, product offerings and pricing, proposed equipment and associated costs, installation and maintenance responsibilities, and service and support capabilities. Respondents should also identify sponsorship or other added-value commitments separately from beverage pricing and clearly state any exceptions or alternatives. The selected provider must submit certificates of insurance and endorsements before service begins, with coverage limits approved by the City. The City will execute a contract after award; insurance and contract execution are not identified as proposal-submission items.
