Description
The Lexington VA Healthcare System requires construction services to repair structural concrete at the Troy Bowling Campus parking garage. The work includes general construction, industrial hygiene, alterations, plumbing, structural work, and other items specified in the statement of work, project specifications, and drawings. The estimated construction range is $2 million to $5 million. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The procurement is planned as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable competition under FAR Part 15; evaluation factors are to be provided with the solicitation. This is a presolicitation notice, and the actual solicitation and its submission requirements have not yet been released.
