Description
The University of Kentucky, on behalf of UK HealthCare and affiliated organizations, seeks a configurable intranet and digital-workplace platform for approximately 25,000 employees. The vendor will provide the platform and related implementation services, including technical integration, visual design, testing, training, ongoing support, and migration of content from the existing intranet. The solution should support targeted communications, mobile access, employee directories, content management, search, analytics, and integrations with the organization's existing systems. The RFP also specifies security, accessibility, uptime, backup, and support requirements, and requests separate technical and financial proposals.
