Description
Airport Authority Hong Kong is inviting tenders for a bakery and dessert concession comprising two units in Terminal 1 of Hong Kong International Airport: a 25-square-meter space in the Arrivals Meeters and Greeters Hall on Level 5, and a 111-square-meter unit in the Departures Southwest Concourse on Level 6. The opportunity is for an operator to establish and run bakery and dessert retail concessions. Tender documents are accessed through the authority's ePROS electronic tendering system. Bidders must hold a valid registered account as a “Retailer/F&B Operator” and pay a non-refundable HK$5,000 fee to access the documents.
