Description
The City seeks a concessionaire to operate food concession services at the A.J. Mercer Recreation Complex and Crossroads Park Complex. The contractor must staff and supervise concession operations during designated city-sponsored events and certain other league or tournament events when the primary operators decline. Responsibilities include providing staff, supplying equipment beyond the city-owned ice machine and refrigerator, maintaining an orderly concession area, securing and charging scoreboard controllers, managing facility lights as specified, and providing locks and keys. Proposers must submit a proposed menu with item descriptions, brands, flavors, container sizes, and prices, along with a list of contractor-provided equipment. The contractor must pay a monthly usage fee of $175. The agreement has an initial one-year term with up to four additional one-year renewal periods.
