Description
Lee County is soliciting sealed bids for construction of the North Lee County Phase 3B Well Field Expansion Pipeline and Surface Facilities project. The selected contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and related services necessary to construct five well surface facilities and install more than 25,000 linear feet of 24-inch, 16-inch, 12-inch, and 10-inch HDPE water main. The project is funded in part or in whole by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and is subject to applicable federal grant requirements under 2 CFR Part 200, federal supplemental conditions, and Davis-Bacon requirements. The response must include the County's bid schedule, required affidavits and certifications, minimum qualifications information, subcontractor information, bid bond, applicable certificates and licenses, and other requested attachments. The bid may be submitted electronically through the County's procurement portal or hand-delivered as a sealed bid.
