Description
Broward County is soliciting proposals for a commercially available, cloud-based Risk Management Information System to replace its current platform. The solution must support the full life cycle of workers’ compensation, liability, property, subrogation, safety, and related claims administration; configurable workflows; role-based security; document and form management; reporting and dashboards; mobile access; single sign-on and other identity integrations; and interfaces with internal and external systems. The selected vendor must provide implementation, configuration, project management, testing, training, complete migration of approximately 25 years of historical RMIS data, go-live support, and ongoing maintenance and technical support. The proposal must address migration of claims, financial, Medicare, EDI, member, event, report, document, payment, and related records, as well as service levels, security, privacy, disaster recovery, and optional modules for safety and occupational health, insurance compliance, property data management, loss fund management, and public safety. Responses are evaluated on personnel, project approach, past performance, functionality and demonstrations, location, and pricing over a five-year initial term with five one-year renewals.
