Description
The City of Tamarac is requesting renewal quotes for one year of DocuSign eSignature and Notary for remote online notarization from authorized partners or resellers. The requested subscriptions include eSignature Business Pro for State and Local Government with 11,000 envelopes, eSignature Access Management with single sign-on with 11,000 envelopes, DocuSign Notary for remote online notarization with 1,100 notarized signers, and one Premier Support subscription. The current subscription ends October 31, 2026. The City may use national consortium pricing from government contract vehicles, including Omnia Partners, NASPO/ValuePoint, U.S. Communities, and GSA. Vendors must review, sign, and return the provided certification addressing Florida public-records, Israel-boycott, and E-Verify requirements.
