Description
This competitive construction solicitation seeks a contractor to upgrade the HVAC systems at Rosebud Agency Building 1004. The work includes replacing the existing boiler and window-unit cooling systems with electric variable refrigerant flow (VRF), dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS), and electric baseboard heating systems, along with associated hydronic piping, pumps, ductwork, air distribution, energy recovery equipment, controls, electrical distribution and wiring, testing, adjusting and balancing, commissioning, training, and closeout documentation. The scope also includes demolition and regulated-material remediation, including asbestos abatement; removal and disposal or recycling of refrigerant-containing equipment, fluorescent lamps, ballasts, and other regulated materials; containment, air monitoring, decontamination, waste transportation, and disposal documentation; and a lump-sum firm-fixed-price offer. The opportunity is set aside for an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise. Amendment 0001 adds a bid guarantee of 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less, and Amendment 0002 corrects the site-visit date to September 8, 2026.
