Description
The State of South Dakota, through the South Dakota Department of Health and in coordination with the Bureau of Information and Technology, is soliciting proposals for a secure, configurable, interoperable, and supportable Electronic Disease Surveillance System and associated implementation services. The selected offeror will provide the software or platform, configuration, integration, data migration, reporting and analytics enablement, testing, training, go-live and transition support, and ongoing support needed to replace or modernize the State's current system. The future system must support statewide communicable-disease surveillance and related public health operations, including case intake and triage, disease investigation, workflow and task management, laboratory and clinical data exchange, data quality and reconciliation, federal and State reporting, analytics, user administration, role-based access, auditability, and secure access for authorized internal and external users. Written questions must be submitted by email to the designated RFP address, with the solicitation number in the subject line; offerors may submit up to 50 questions, and communications during the solicitation and evaluation process are restricted to the buyer of record.
