Description
Stanley County School District #57-1 is requesting proposals for concrete work for the Parkview South project. The scope includes removing approximately six inches of dirt, replacing it with a compacted gravel base, grading for parking-lot specifications and drainage, pouring a 60-by-45-foot concrete pad six inches thick with half-inch rebar spaced two feet on center, and constructing an eight-inch-thickened edge on the south side with two rows of horizontal rebar. The estimated total project cost is $35,000 to $45,000, and the district identifies completing the project on or about April 15, 2027, within that budget as a high priority. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, qualifications and availability, similar-project history, technical work process, general conditions and fees, and other applicable factors. The district intends to negotiate with the highest-ranked proposer before proceeding to lower-ranked proposers if necessary.
