Description
Stanley County School District #57-1 is requesting proposals for concrete work for the Parkview South project. The contractor will remove approximately six inches of dirt, install and compact a gravel base, grade the area for parking-lot specifications and drainage, and pour a 60-by-45-foot, six-inch-thick concrete pad reinforced with half-inch rebar spaced two feet on center. The south side will have an eight-inch-thickened edge with two rows of horizontal rebar. The estimated total project cost is $35,000 to $45,000. The selected contractor is expected to make maximum effort to complete the project on or about April 15, 2027. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience, qualifications, availability, similar-project history, technical work process, general conditions, and fees; the District intends to negotiate with the highest-ranked proposer.
