Description
This solicitation covers electrical work for HVAC upgrades at Columbia Schools, including an elementary school, intermediate school, and high school. The work includes demolition of existing electrical equipment, installation of new conduit and raceways, conductors, grounding, safety disconnect switches, devices, distribution panels, motor starters, and fire detection and alarm system re-certification. The contractor must provide temporary power and lighting, patch walls and ceilings, and comply with all applicable codes. The project is divided into a base bid (high school) and two add alternates (elementary and intermediate schools).
