Westchester Medical Center Health Network is seeking a qualified agency to serve as its Brand and Advertising Agency of Record. The selected agency will refine the enterprise brand strategy, develop a creative brand platform and expression, support brand launch and go-to-market planning, create verbal and visual identity systems, provide internal brand training, and develop advertising strategy, campaigns, and channel-specific creative across enterprise and service-line assignments. The scope also includes strategic and creative brand stewardship, collaboration with WMCHealth's other agency partners, production management for video, audio, photography, and print, delivery of editable source and production files, performance measurement and brand-health tracking, research interpretation, and quarterly business reviews. Proposals must include organizational background and healthcare experience, relevant case studies and references, a named staffing plan, a separate fee proposal and rate card, conflict-of-interest disclosures, and the required procurement, diversity, and confidentiality forms. The initial term is one year with up to four one-year renewals.
