Description
The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Human Services is soliciting quotes for advertising from October 1 through December 31, 2026. The requirement covers all stations, with one 60-second spot during each of four daily time blocks—6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.–midnight—Monday through Sunday. The schedule also includes one interview each month.
