Description
The Cayman Islands Airports Authority is seeking proposals for a commission-based concession agreement covering airport advertising sales and program management at Owen Roberts International Airport, including static, digital, experiential, and Wi-Fi advertising, and Wi-Fi advertising at Charles Kirkconnell International Airport. The contractor must develop advertiser pipelines, manage client relationships and contracts, maintain advertising-inventory records, provide sales and performance reporting, and develop creative concepts. The scope also includes program operations and technical management, including hardware and software management, content scheduling and monitoring, coordination of advertising installations and removals, proof-of-performance materials, infrastructure modernization support, and minimizing disruption to airport operations. Depending on the selected operational model, financial administration may include billing coordination, collections, payment tracking, and reporting. Proposers must submit revenue projections and commission proposals for three operational models. The agreement is expected to run for five years with a one-year renewal option, and no revenue guarantee is provided.
