Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting firm-fixed-price commercial services to monitor and inspect Phase 3 planting activities at North Breton Island, including pre-installation nursery and staging-site inspections, weekly inspections while planting is actively occurring, post-installation inspections, coordination with the planting contractor and Government personnel, oversight, and quality assurance/quality control. The contractor must provide qualified planting-inspection personnel and furnish required equipment, supplies, marine transportation, and other services. The inspection contractor may not also supply plant material to the Phase 3 planting contractor, including through a related company. The work includes at least two pre-installation inspections, two post-installation inspections, periodic nursery inspections, inspection reports, job diaries, photographic documentation, certifications, and technical recommendations. The period of performance is October 1, 2026, through February 29, 2028, with the end date potentially modified to match the planting timeline. Quotes must include company information and UEI, technical and price volumes, a completed Relevant Experience Questionnaire with three recent and relevant examples, a completed pricing schedule, and a statement agreeing to the solicitation terms. Quotes are due September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT.
