Description
Stanislaus County is soliciting proposals for mining inspection services for its Planning and Community Development Department. The selected proposer must provide a complete proposed scope of work addressing the minimum services and deliverables identified in the RFP and Exhibit A; that scope will form the basis for negotiating the final agreement. Proposals will be evaluated based on conformance with the RFP, qualifications and ability to perform, previous contract performance and references, financial capability, ranking factors, and pricing. Proposers must provide proof of a valid Professional Geologist license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. The award format is lump sum, and the response format requires both a cost file and a response file.
