Description

The Yarmouth Housing Authority (YHA) is seeking proposals from qualified developers for the development of no more than 90 bedrooms of family rental housing on a portion of an 18.69-acre parcel of land owned by the YHA, located at 506 Forest Rd. in Yarmouth, MA. The YHA intends to enter into a long-term lease of the property with the selected developer. The developer will be responsible for the design, construction, development, and management of the units and any supportive services at the property. Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. on September 16, 2026. A voluntary on-site briefing session will be held at 11:00 a.m. on August 12, 2026, at the site. All inquiries must be submitted by email to Wendy Ohlson, Executive Director, by August 22, 2026.
