The Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance is seeking approximately 23,600 square feet of usable client/customer service office space, with acceptable proposals ranging from 21,500 to 25,500 square feet. The premises will house a local Department of Children and Families service office providing family counseling, foster-care and residential-facility placement services, supervised family visits, adoption services, and homemaker training, with approximately 25 visitors expected per day. The space must be located in Auburn, Berlin, Bolton, Boylston, Clinton, Grafton, Harvard, Lancaster, Millbury, Shrewsbury, Sterling, West Boylston, or Worcester, within the area shown on map C-5. The requested lease term is 10 years.
