Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price delivery or task order for quarterly preventive maintenance of government-furnished audio-visual systems at the Winston-Salem Veterans Affairs Regional Office. Equipment includes Crestron and Shure microphones and speakers, rack PCs, control panels, projectors and screens, television monitors, cameras, controllers, whiteboards, and retractable screens. Required work includes visual inspections, system performance analysis, power-supply and wiring checks, cleaning, testing, calibration, audio adjustments, projector testing, component inspection, lubrication, data-log review, microphone-system checks, and reporting of damage or likely failures. The contractor must perform the first preventive-maintenance visit within 10 business days after award, conduct quarterly visits during normal operating hours, coordinate visits with the Contracting Officer's Representative, comply with sign-in and escort procedures, and submit a PDF service report within 10 business days after each visit. The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
