Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools is seeking qualifications from architectural and engineering firms to provide general architectural and engineering services for bond and miscellaneous projects initiated over the next 24 months, including projects during the 2027 and 2028 school years. The selected firms may be retained through full design and construction, at the school system’s option. The scope includes complete design services such as civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, kitchen design, and other services needed to complete projects, as well as construction administration. Qualification packages must include an SF 254 form and a written proposal addressing relevant K–12 public-school experience, proposed staff and consultants, design approach, references, construction administration and monitoring procedures, customer service, expedited delivery capability, firm location, and hourly rates. The written proposal is limited to 20 one-sided pages, excluding the SF 254 and front and back covers; one copy and a flash drive are requested.
