Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is soliciting a single-prime contractor for a lump-sum construction project to replace the existing HVAC system at its Division 9 Office. The scope includes 10 packaged rooftop units, ductwork, grilles, diffusers, a structural rooftop dunnage system to support the units, and all new suspended ceilings. The building will remain partially occupied during construction. Bidders must hold the required North Carolina licensing, including an Unlimited Building Contractor license for general contractors. A 5% bid deposit or bid bond is required, along with 100% performance and payment bonds. Proposals must be submitted on the provided Form of Proposal.
